Real New Orleans flavor, made by one family since 2000
Every great New Orleans meal starts the same way: a full kitchen, a big pot on the stove, and family and friends gathered around waiting for a taste. That's where Nola Spice was born. What started as our family's own Creole seasoning, shaken over everything at every celebration, is now on tables across the country.
We're still family-owned and operated, and we still make Nola Spice in New Orleans, just like we did when we started in 2000.
What makes our Creole seasoning different
"Authentic" gets used a lot. For us it means real, pure, honest and true, and it starts with what goes into the jar.
- Real vegetables and herbs. Big pieces you can actually see, not dust.
- Spices we collect and harvest to keep every bit of their flavor.
- 100% U.S. grown.
What you won't find in the jar matters just as much:
- No artificial flavors
- No colors from artificial sources
- No added MSG
These are the same quality ingredients our family has always used. Over the years, we've learned something simple: when the ingredients are fresh, great flavor follows.
Rooted in the New Orleans community
In the South, food is the center of every gathering, and Nola Spice has earned a real spot in kitchens across New Orleans and the surrounding cities. Plenty of locals grew up with our jar in the spice cabinet or sitting right on the table, ready to top off whatever came out of the kitchen. You'll find us in local New Orleans stores, and now you can bring that same Creole flavor home wherever you live.
One seasoning for real life
Busy weeknight or Sunday supper, Nola Spice comes through every time. It's an all-purpose Creole seasoning that goes in and on just about everything:
- Gumbo, jambalaya, red beans and étouffée
- Shrimp, crawfish, fish and other seafood
- Chicken, steaks, burgers and pork
- Eggs, potatoes, roasted vegetables and rice
- Butter, olive oil, and a warm loaf of French bread
When you want that Southern homecoming taste, this is the jar you'll reach for.
Find your size
Keep the 6 oz shaker by the stove, slip the 1 oz shaker in your pocket for dinners out, or grab a 2 oz resealable bag for the road. Can't decide? Shop every size or get the complete set and share. That's the Southern way.
Laissez les bons temps rouler! Let the good times roll.
